plumbing noise excessive charge
the hotel was modern and was to be very clean so that was good.
the noise from the plumbing was disruptive during the night and i found it hard to sleep well. i ordered breakfast to my room and was surprised by a significant service charge in addition to the tray fee, this seemed excessive. it really frustrated me.

unaddressed a c issue uncomfortable sleep
the location was quite convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions.
I found a significant issue with the room's air conditioning. It was not cooling adequately. i reported IT, but maintenance did not address the problem . this made sleeping UNcomfortable.

amazing views gluten-free cookies beautiful toiletries comfortable bed
i had room on tenth floor. i could see amazing views. the room was immaculate. i liked that i could eat cookies as they were gluten free. the toiletries from White Company were beautiful. the air con was excellent and the bed comfortable.
the room coffee system charged per use. it was very poor.

paddington station, lancaster gate underground, and hyde park are nearby. local restaurants were not so good within walking distance. bayswater is not my favorite area when i stay in central areas.

The location is good. It is near hyde park. the room was clean. the staff were helpful, showing flexibility in services.
The app check-in did not work, so i needed to complain. the rooms are small. You can barely walk around. the hallway smelled badly.
